Get Ready for

Download the Workplace app and the Workplace CHAT app from the App Store or Google Play:

• Search for Workplace
• Tap the Download icons for each app

Launch the Workplace APP and tap

"Log in"

(Do not tap “Sign-up” even though it is already selected.)

Tap FIND YOUR WORKPLACE

DO NOT enter an email address

Find Your Workplace

• Enter the Franchisee Workplace URL mcdcanada
• Do not remove .workplace.com
• The full URL is: mcdcanada.workplace.com
• Press Continue

McDonald’s login (SSO) selection

• Tap your USUAL login choice:
• Crew (You will be redirected to the social provider login screen)
• Managers (Select Restaurant Managers & Franchisees to enter your eid)

Stay signed in?

• Check the “Don’t show this again” option
• Tap “Yes” (Tap “No” if you are using a shared device)

Workplace will confirm SSO

• Tap Allow

Complete sign up

• As needed, view the following by tapping each link: Workplace Privacy, Acceptable Use, Use of Cookies
• Tap “Sign up”

Accept Terms & Conditions

• Tap “Accept”

Access Workplace CHAT

• Tap the CHAT icon at the bottom of the Workplace screen

Continue

• You are already logged into Workplace
• Tap “Continue as your.name@your.email”
